To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we may decline requests where we cannot reasonably verify identity.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us before we act on the request.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; however, as noted in Section 1, we do not collect sensitive personal information through our website. You may exercise your rights using the contact methods above.

Nevada Residents

10. Opt-Out Preference Signals and Do Not Track

Some browsers and extensions can transmit an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal received from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for that browser or device.

Separately, some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how sites should respond to DNT, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will revisit this position if a standard is adopted.
