W Transportation Group (WTG) designs and operates transportation programs for events, conferences, athletics, and educational institutions. WTG was formerly known as GPTLS."

We bring structure and operational control to one of the most complex aspects of any program: moving people safely, reliably, and on schedule.

Founded in 2004 by Herb Warren, the company was built on deep operational experience in the transportation industry. Prior to establishing WTG, Herb owned and operated PROTRAV, a motor coach and tour operator with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. This background provides firsthand insight into fleet operations, driver management, and large-scale execution, and continues to inform how programs are designed, partners are selected, and risk is managed.

Today, the WTG team focuses on disciplined coordination, modern event logistics, and consistent execution.

Transportation services are delivered through a vetted network of licensed and insured motor carriers. WTG serves as the central point of coordination across all providers, schedules, and on-site activity.

Each program is managed through structured planning, clear communication, and real-time oversight, including on-site coordination when required.
