Our Story

W Transportation Group (WTG), formerly GPTLS, designs and manages transportation programs for events, conferences, athletics, and educational institutions. Moving large groups of people safely and on schedule is one of the hardest parts of any event. That's the part we handle.

WTG was founded in 2004 by Herb Warren, who spent years in the transportation business before starting the company. He owned and operated PROTRAV, a premier motor coach and tour operator working out of Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. That firsthand experience with fleets and drivers still shapes how we build programs, pick carriers, and manage risk.

Today, we manage transportation programs through a vetted network of licensed and insured motor carriers and chauffeured services. That independence allows us to hand-pick the provider best suited to each program's size, schedule, and complexity. As the single point of coordination, we oversee every moving part with our team in the field whenever a program requires it.
